i feel bad about 東區動物醫院 ...Miss Kim
I am extremely unhappy, all of my pets: dou dou, ban ban. happy, leave us......
-my dog(happy) have a surgery 1-2 weeks ago as something stuck inside intestine, he revover very fast and can went home after days, but he stop eating and vomit some liquid again on this wednesday, my dad took him to visit the vet also take the pooh to them to examine on Thursday as the vet (David) on duty on thursday and Saturday only. he give him some medicine to comfort him, but he still vomit, but didn't check the pooh yet. On friday another vet incharge ( Miss Kim) suggesting the X-ray, but need to stuff the ball inside, i already feel uncomfortable and as Happy had pooh that morning and they also find out the pooh seem have strange smell and very soft, but still didn't check the pooh but put the ball inside Happy to have x-ray instead. I call them and insist them to check the pooh, they explain they didn't examine as my dad reject ( my dad said he never say such thing, otherwise what the point of bring the pooh to them?), aslo she said want to save $ for us ( xreay charge 1500 while pooh test charge 250) after examine the pooh, find out happy have 'cheung yim' and start the treatment.
At that night they find out the ball inside didn't move, and say that might need surgery to take out. i aleady feel angry as I ask them if they know Happy can't afford operation anymore in short time, why they didn't think the consequence b4 put the ball inside. If they test the pooh before, no x-ry might needed, why they can't examine Happy y using the less harmful for him first????"l\Luckily ' at that late night, Happy vomit out most of the ball.
On Sat noon around 12pm, my hubby go to visit Happy and ask detail for the treatment, at that time BOTH vet - David and Miss Kim in clinic, Miss Kim tell me that she just feed Happy some food and water, but after 2 mins, David told us that Happy must stop feeding, no amtter food or water as this is part of treatment. my hubby theb question them whyon the same time have 2 judgement. David apologize for th mistake already... they said they have confidence Happy can recover...
This Sunday morning vet call my dad Happy pass awasy during midnight. I was inform during afternoon - as my mom dun want to affect me ( i was between the lesson). I immediatly call the vet and ask for the reason.
Around 7pm, Miss Kim call us Frankly speaking, this time i feel the vet東區動物醫院 in have some negligent during the treatment. especially after the conversation. There are 2 vet yesterday, but they both make the different judgement in treating on the same period which they claim that treatment is part of crucial area. my hubby find out and challenge them at once but her explanation tonight is totally not unreasonable and can't clarify clearly what they have such mistake. She claim if the policy state if vomit too much must stop feeding, my hubby then ask why she feed. she suddenlt said the medical report change this year that feeding is allowed. Then my hubby ask why the policy is not the same. She then ask are we not trust her professional. My hubby said if there is 2 different treatment at the same time, one of them might wrong. She ask us why we keep on challenging him, my happy yell at him because this is not a minor stuff, our dog was died. It is a life! Also her way of treating is really not reasonable which as a lay person, also think it is not make sense and, still she can't give us a answer why she make such judment. shee said if we really not satisfy her, can complaint her
B4 i really consider to complaint them, but my mom stop me, she told me each time they think about happy they feel very sad, my mom even cry, She is not a real dog maniac, also we have raise some dof b4 and pass away but she never cry, She told me Happy is the only dog she love....
She told me..my dad feel sorry to me as one of the reason he raise happy is want to cheer me up bcos he know i love dogs and feel upset after ban ban got kidney failure, but he can't take a good care of Happy, and make me more sad instead. .... my dad also cry when he was cleaning the dishes in kitchen bcos each time Happy would slept on his leg, he is really a super sticky and sweet dog... he even can soften my mom heart within 3 mths ( My mom object raise dog b4 as she really not so like dog)
I tell this bcos i want to let other pet lover beware, this clinic communication really have problme between the vet, also I really cast doubt on that Miss Gum professional
Happy, hope u are happy in heaven...I miss u so much.. thanks for bring me the happiness in this 3 months.
